PSQF has teamed up with Showcase Ontario to provide you even better opportunities to showcase your quality achievements.  This year, your organization’s efforts can be recognized and displayed at the Fair and Showcase Ontario.

"Formal Assessment" Application Form

By submitting your initiative for formal assessment against the Canadian Quality Criteria for the Public Sector, you are eligible to exhibit at PSQF plus be eligible for formal recognition and award program as outlined below. Each of the seven sections of this model is mutually supportive and lead to improved business performance as demonstrated by organizational achievement.  Initiatives undergoing the formal quality assessment will be eligible for PSQF Awards (Level I – Recognition of Commitment to Quality; Level II – Award of Merit; Level III – Award of Excellence) based on demonstrated linkages between NQI Criteria's Principles for Excellence. Showcase your Quality Team's achievements

No matter how large or small, tell us about your success. Gather some fact and figures about:
  • How the initiative is linked to your strategic priorities
  • What measurable improvement goals were established and what information is being gathered
  • How your customers or clients are involved
  • How the people in your organization are involved and contributing
  • How processes are developed, managed and improved upon to support the initiative
  • How your partners or suppliers are contributing to your success
  • How your organization has improved overall
